Version:17.1.0

Description

Description: Controls whether the IG view should be treated as inside or outside the vehicle it is attached to. If the view is treated as being inside the vehicle, the vehicle is rendered in front of the rest of the scene.
Note: This command requires the view to be attached to an object. Otherwise, there is no change.

Syntax

Syntax: [inside] call IG_OnSetCameraInside
Parameters:
  • inside: Boolean - Sets whether the camera should be treated as being inside (true) or outside (false) the vehicle. If inside, the object the camera is attached to is rendered in front of the rest of the scene.
Return Value: Boolean - Returns true if the command is successful, false otherwise.

Warning

When using functions in VBS versions older than 3.4, certain limitations and requirements should be kept in mind - the main ones being that capitalization of the function name is crucial, and that #include "\vbs2\headers\function_library.hpp" has to be included in every script that utilizes it.
