Description

Description:Starts the boat radar dialog on the computer where the function is called. The player on that computer can then look at the radar screen, mark targets, and so on.

The Radar only works when VBS is started using Shader Model 3 (not the -sm2 switch).

Not available in V2.0 - V3.8.0.

Syntax

Syntax:[vehicle, position] call fn_vbs_boatRadar
Parameters:
  • vehicle: Object - Vehicle with the radar.
  • position: Position3D - Initial X, Y, Z positional offset of the radar dish (optional, default: middle and top of attached vehicle).
Return Value:Nothing

Warning

When using functions in VBS versions older than 3.4, certain limitations and requirements should be kept in mind - the main ones being that capitalization of the function name is crucial, and that #include "\vbs2\headers\function_library.hpp" has to be included in every script that utilizes it.
