Returns a string ready to be processed by parseText, visualizing the trend of the two parameters.

Note: This function does not actually display anything on the screen. It simply returns a structured text that can be used in another UI element (such as a hint or a dialog).

Syntax

Syntax:[oldValue, newValue, label] call fn_vbs_indicateValueTrend
Parameters:
  • oldValue: Number - Old value.
  • newValue: Number - New value.
  • label: String - Descriptive word, shown after the value.
Return Value:String

Warning

When using functions in VBS versions older than 3.4, certain limitations and requirements should be kept in mind - the main ones being that capitalization of the function name is crucial, and that #include "\vbs2\headers\function_library.hpp" has to be included in every script that utilizes it.
