Description

Description:Returns the relative direction from an object to another object / position (the number of degrees an object has to rotate in order to face the wanted object / position). When calculating the relative angle, the function takes into account the heading of the first object.

Syntax

Syntax:[object, checkpoint] call fn_vbs_relativeDirTo
Parameters:
  • object: Object - Object to find the direction from.
  • checkpoint : Object or Position-2 - Object / position to find the direction to.
Return Value:Number - Number of degrees the object need to rotate to be facing checkpoint.

Warning

When using functions in VBS versions older than 3.4, certain limitations and requirements should be kept in mind - the main ones being that capitalization of the function name is crucial, and that #include "\vbs2\headers\function_library.hpp" has to be included in every script that utilizes it.
