Description

Description:Moves a point laterally (from top-down view) around a center object / position, by the specified compass angle.

Syntax

Syntax:[center, angle, pos] call fn_vbs_rotatePoint
Parameters:
  • center: Position-2 or Object - Center around which the point is rotated.
  • angle: Number - Rotation angle (positive or negative) in degrees.
  • pos: Position-2 - Point that is rotated.
Return Value:Position-2 - Rotated position.

Warning

When using functions in VBS versions older than 3.4, certain limitations and requirements should be kept in mind - the main ones being that capitalization of the function name is crucial, and that #include "\vbs2\headers\function_library.hpp" has to be included in every script that utilizes it.
