Description

Description:Creates a hint message displaying the value and trend of the specified values. An increasing value shows in green, with an arrow pointing up, while a decreasing value is shown in red, with an arrow pointing down. Stagnating values remain grey.

Syntax

Syntax:[parameters, leading_text, trailing_text, interval, condition] call fn_vbs_watchValues;
Parameters:
  • parameters: Nested Array, containing one or more of: [Code as String, Label as String]
  • leading_text: String - Leading text.
  • trailing_text: String - Trailing text.
  • interval: Number - Hint message refresh interval.
  • condition: Code as String - Hint is displayed only while this condition is evaluated to true; the hint never appears, if this condition is false when the function is called.
Return Value:Nothing

Warning

When using functions in VBS versions older than 3.4, certain limitations and requirements should be kept in mind - the main ones being that capitalization of the function name is crucial, and that #include "\vbs2\headers\function_library.hpp" has to be included in every script that utilizes it.
