Description

Description:Preloads all textures, materials, and proxies needed to render the given object. The object can be determined either by configuration class name (CfgVehicles), or by Unit.

Syntax

Syntax:distance preloadObject object
Parameters:
  • distance: Number - Distance  (in meters) at which to preload the object.
  • object: Object or String - Affected object/
Return Value:Boolean - Returns true, once all the data is loaded and ready.

Examples:spawn {waitUntil {10 preloadObject "SoldierW"}}spawn {waitUntil {10 preloadObject leader player}}
