Removes event handler (EH), added by addEventHandler.
In V1.24+, can be applied on individual weapon rounds. The handler format is

- If you remove a "delete" EH with this command during the game cycle when the delete EH itself is fired, any EH's with a higher index than you are removing will be disabled, and therefore will not fire. Therefore avoid removing a "delete" handler when the script was called from within one to avoid undesired functionality. --
