Description

Description:Specified how often, during a multiplayer session, a non-local object is synchronized, and whether the difference between each position should be interpolated. If set to 0-2 (interpolated), object movement should be less jumpy than when set to 3-5 (non-interpolated) for objects that are controlled by a client with high latency (slow network communication).

Syntax

Syntax:setInterpolation interpolation
Parameters:
  • interpolation: Number - Possible values:
    • 0: Precise, interpolated (frequent synchronizations).
    • 1: Automatic, interpolated (moderate synchronizations).
    • 2: Minimum, interpolated (default, few synchronization).
    • 3: Precise, non-interpolated (frequent synchronization).
    • 4: Automatic, non-interpolated (moderate synchronization).
    • 5: Minimum, non-interpolated (few synchronization).
Return Value:Nothing
