Controls whether a vehicle turret stays fixed at its aimed direction, independently from the vehicle movement. By default, the values from the vehicle configuration are used (which are normally set to true).
Note: Not available in V2.x (although V3.x+ has the command).
Note: turret may still have independent optics stabilization feature that causes sight picture to be stabilized, even if turret stabilization is disabled. Please use script command opticsStabilizationOverride to control it.
